We are working for John Moriarty & Associates on a project for MIT to expand the graduate housing by adding approximately 675 new beds to MIT’s campus which will enrich connections with the surrounding neighborhood.

Construction is expected to continue through the end of the summer of 2024. The residence will surround two new-construction buildings framing an accessible plaza with green space that will serve as bridge to the Fort Washington Historic District and Park. The buildings will rise in five and six story sections and will consist of studios, one, two and four- bedroom units.
