This project includes a 125,000-square-foot casino; a 250-room, four-star hotel tower; 30,000 square feet of retail space; 85,000 square feet of Class A office space; 45,000 square feet of meeting, convention space, pre-function, and back-of-house/food preparation areas; a multiplex and bowling alley; 165,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space – encompassing seven eateries; and a pre-cast structure containing parking for 3,400 vehicles, dock and physical plant space. The resort will be a mixture of new construction and rehabilitated historic buildings and façades, creating a vibrant town square atmosphere in downtown Springfield. This project also includes the relocation of a historic masonry church.
