Marguerite Concrete contributed to the redevelopment of UMass Amherst Family Housing at 990 North Pleasant Street. This $3.6 million project transformed a 30-acre site into 15 modular pre-manufactured wood-framed residential buildings, creating 150 new apartments for students with young families and a community center at the heart of the site.
Marguerite’s work included the placement of footings, frost wall foundations, and slabs to support the structures, along with finishing site work for sidewalks, ramps, and pads. Completed between March 2022 and May 2023, this project showcases Marguerite’s expertise in delivering high-quality, large-scale residential concrete solutions.
